By using UK Routes: Driving Test you agree to these terms. The app is published by BMKS ("we", "us").

Safety first. UK Routes: Driving Test is a practice aid, not a driving instructor and not a live navigation authority. Road signs, road markings, traffic signals and the Highway Code always take priority over anything the app shows or says.

Safe use

Set up the route before you move off. Do not operate the app while the vehicle is moving.
Mount your phone legally and securely. Holding a phone while driving is an offence in the UK.
If you hold a provisional licence, you must be supervised as the law requires and the vehicle must be properly insured and display L plates.
Never follow a route instruction that would be unsafe, illegal or contrary to a road sign. Road layouts, one-way systems and speed limits change; route and speed-limit data can be out of date or wrong.
You remain solely responsible for the control of the vehicle and for obeying the law at all times.

About the route data

UK Routes: Driving Test is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the DVSA, the DVLA or any government body. The DVSA has not published official test routes since 2010 and does not approve any app that claims to reproduce them.

Routes in the app are assembled from publicly available sources and from routes commonly driven around each test centre. They are an approximation, offered for familiarisation only. We do not claim they are the route you will be given, and examiners vary routes at their discretion. Using the app does not guarantee, imply or influence a test result.

Purchases

The first route at each test centre is free. Everything else requires a paid access period: 7 days (£4.99), 30 days (£11.99) or 90 days (£24.99), at the prices shown in the App Store in your local currency at the time of purchase.

These are one-off purchases, not subscriptions. Nothing renews automatically, no payment method is stored by us, and there is nothing to cancel. When the period ends, paid routes lock again and you may buy another period if you want one.

Access is tied to a device identifier and to your App Store purchase. Use Restore purchases to bring access back on a new device signed in to the same Apple ID.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple and not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the app is broken, contact [email protected] first — we would rather fix it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Acceptable use

You may use the app for your own driving practice. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the route data, bulk-download the routes, or attempt to bypass the access checks or reverse engineer the app beyond what the law permits.

Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove routes, centres and features, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of faults. Not every centre has full turn-by-turn guidance; where it is missing, the route is still shown on the map but without spoken directions.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that route data, speed limits or directions are accurate, complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BMKS is not liable for any loss, damage, penalty, collision, driving offence or test outcome arising from use of the app, nor for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
